SUMMARY & BACKGROUND: This request is upgrade the existing system with the addition of a new module in the Qpublic system. The system was originally acquired in August 2023. Annually, a revaluation of properties is conducted in order to establish appraised values. This is currently done by using spreadsheets to make analyses. The new module will provide an automated process which will significantly reduce the time spent to complete the reviews as well as alleviate errors caused by using a manual process.
