(Lombard, IL) to provide transportation services for Senior Services and Behavioral Health programs for an additional 12-month period with all terms and conditions unchanged. Requirement for Board Action
In accordance with Purchasing Code Section 102-420, contract modifications within the scope of the contract and necessary for completion of the contract, in the specifications, services, time of performance or terms and conditions of the contract shall be forwarded to the Board of Commissioners for approval.

Summary & Background: The Department recommends approval to modify and extend the existing contract with Transdev Services, Inc. This contract provides transportation services for senior residents in Fulton County along with DBHDD training center participants. This 12 month extension will allow for vital transportation services to remain intact while a new RFP solicitation is put forth.
Scope of Work: The services provided under this renewal support two (2) Fulton County Departments: Senior Services and Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities. The services are provided to the 14 Fulton County Neighborhood Senior Centers, 5 Adult Day Health centers, and 3 training centers serving developmentally disabled program participants.
