SUMMARY & BACKGROUND: The Board of Commissioners approved the use of this statewide contract to provide maintenance service for the County's new Animal Services facility beginning in November 2023 (grand opening) through December 31, 2023. This request will secure maintenance services from January 1, 2024, through July 14, 2024, when the current statewide contract expires.
Scope of Work: The contractor will be required to provide facility management and technical expertise to effectively maintain the interior equipment, systems, and spaces in accordance with manufacturer/builder recommendations for the preventive maintenance as well as perform corrective maintenance (repairs) on an as-needed basis. The systems to be maintained include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems (HVAC)
* Electrical Distribution Systems including emergency generators
