Spreading on the Board of Commissioners Meeting Minutes. Contract between Fulton County and the National Black College Alumni Hall of Fame Foundation, Inc., a Georgia non-profit corporation ("NBCAHF"), in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00 to serve as a catalyst and partner to help ensure the stability, viability, and excellence of the nation's Historically Black Colleges and Universities ("HBCUs") by implementing programs and initiatives that guarantee the success of future leaders of our nation.
