Request approval to transfer Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) unspent administration funds from grant years 2018 ($223,229.00), 2019 ($250,218.00), and 2020 ($173,474.00) totaling $646,921.00, to award projects to the City of South Fulton ($250,000.00), City of College Park ($223,229.00), and City of Hapeville ($173,692.00); Request approval of contracts with City of South Fulton, City of College Park and City of Hapeville for the transferred funds herein; Authorize the Chairman to disburse funds, execute and administer contracts approved by the Board of Commissioners, and other related documents consistent with the federal program regulations and this Board action; Authorize the County Attorney to approve these contracts as to form and to make modifications thereto prior to execution. Funds are 100% grant funded. (APPROVED UPON ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT AGENDA)

O.C.G.A. Section 36-10-01 states that all contracts entered into by the County governing authority with other persons on behalf of the County shall be in writing and entered in its minutes. The County's Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan updates are governed by 24 C.F.R. Section 91.200.
