Request approval of a Resolution for a License Agreement between Fulton County and the Georgia Department of Human Services, Division of Family & Children Services for use of County Owned Real Property for the purpose of distributing toys and economic assistance from within a Fulton County-Owned Real Property; to authorize the Chairman or County Manager to execute the License Agreement; to authorize the County Attorney to approve the License Agreement as to form and to make any modifications thereof prior to execution. The Term of the License Agreement is from Execution through March 31, 2020. (APPROVED UPON ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT AGENDA)
