SUMMARY & BACKGROUND The Department of Senior Services uses the temporary staffing services to staff Multipurpose Facilities with Instructors, Lifeguards, Social and Administrative Support personnel.
Scope of Work: The temporary staffing agency provides a quicker response time in filling specialty positions, such as fitness, aquatic, and computer instructors. The agency provides staff for temporary placements for full-time positions during recruitment, extended illness, or other extended leave of full-time senior facility staff. The agency performs pre-employment testing requirements, background screening and drug screens in accordance with the County policies and reference checks (i.e., personal and business).
