SUMMARY & BACKGROUND
Juvenile Court recommends approval of 22RFP051A-KM Family Treatment Court Peer Support Specialist to provide peer support services for the Family Treatment Court.

Scope of Work: The Peer Support Specialist will: Conduct weekly phone calls and in-person visits with Family Treatment Court (FTC) participants, schedule weekly office visits with FTC participants, assist FTC Case Manager with developing a case plan, assist participants with identifying community resources, assist participants with locating in-person and virtual AA meeting groups, collect weekly Alcohol Anonymous meeting sheets from program Participates, assist FTC Case Manager with monitoring the daily call-in line, assist FTC Case Manager with drug screens, mentor and coach participants, assist FTC Case Manager with planning prosocial activities, monitor participants for program compliance, assist FTC Behavioral Health Clinician with aftercare programming, attend bi-weekly FTC staffing and court review hearings, provide u...
