The Georgia General Assembly recognizes that statewide coordination surrounding and managing opioid addiction and related disorders is critical to the health and safety of Fulton County residents.

Scope of Work: The current federal grant period ends on September 30, 2026. FDR provides a countywide bridge from overdose risk and behavioral health need to practical help through overdose prevention training and supplies, targeted outreach, care navigation, etc. FDR already has trained personnel, operating procedures, community relationships, referral pathways, and a record of services delivered.
