Request approval of a resolution approving a Second Amendment to Utility Access and Services Agreement between Rejv Concourse Atlanta, LLC, and Fulton County, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, at 5 Concourse Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia; to authorize the County Attorney to approve a Second Amendment to Utility Access and Services Agreement as to form and substance and to make any modifications thereto in order to protect the interests of Fulton County; to authorize the Chairman to execute the Second Amendment to Utility Access and Services Agreement; and for other purposes.

Scope of Work: The approval of the Fulton County Board of Commissioners is being requested by the Department of Emergency Services to extend occupancy and to amend the rental terms of the License Agreements previously approved as Agenda Item #198 at the Board of Commissioners' Meeting held May 20, 1992 and Agenda Item # 16-0567 approved at the Board of Commissioners' Meeting held July 20, 2016, for the purpose of providing rooftop space for emergency communication equipment.
