Request approval to award a contract without competition – Department of Health and Wellness, 16SS101447A-CJC, INSTI™ HIV-1 Antibody Test Kits, in the amount of $75,000.00, with bioLytical™ Laboratories to provide the (FDA Approved) INSTI™ HIV-1 Antibody Test Kits with support materials to perform HIV tests in the Fulton County Communicable Disease Laboratories and at community HIV testing events. Effective upon BOC approval through December 31, 2016. This is 100% grant funded program with no requirement for county matching funds. (HELD)
