Request approval of a Resolution approving a Right of Access License and Use Agreement between Fulton County, Georgia (Licensor) and R2ISE Inc. (Licensee) for R2ISE's use of office and gym space at County-owned property for the provision of non-clinical recovery-support services; authorizing the Chairman to execute the License Agreement and any related documents; authorizing the County Attorney to approve the License Agreement and any related documents as to form and to make modifications thereto prior to execution; and for other purposes.

REQUIREMENT FOR BOARD ACTION
Pursuant to O.C.G.A ? 36-1-19.1, Fulton County is authorized to make contributions for purely charitable purposes, with "purely charitable purposes" including charitable purposes for health and social welfare, and pursuant to Fulton County Code ? 1-117, the Fulton County Board of Commissioners has exclusive jurisdiction and control over directing and controlling all the property of the County, as they may deem expedient, according to law.

Scope of Work: The Department of Real Estate and Asset Management (DREAM) and the Fulton County Department of Behavioral Health formally request the Fulton County Board of Commissioners' approval of a Right of Access License and Use Agreement with R2ISE Inc., a Georgia nonprofit organization focused on helping individuals dealing with substance use disorders and mental health challenges through arts-based recovery programs.
