(Douglasville, GA) in the amount of $298,640.00; (C) Diversified Maintenance-RWS, LLC, (Birmingham, AL) in the amount of $238,822.00; and (D) Chameleon Professional Services (Atlanta, GA) in the amount of $147,845.00, to provide the highest quality cleaning services for selected Fulton County facilities.
