In accordance with Purchasing Code Section 102-376, all competitive sealed proposals for architectural and engineering services for federally funded projects shall comply with the qualification based selection procedures under 40 U.S.C. 1101-1104, requirements of the Brooks Act, shall be forwarded to the Board of Commissioners for approval.

SUMMARY & BACKGROUND: The Fulton County Executive Airport - Charlie Brown Field receives federal funds and pursuant to the Georgia Department of Transportation and the Federal Aviation Administration the airport is required to have an engineering consultant to assist the Airport with various Design/Engineering/Construction activities. To continue to accept federal funding for 2023, the Airport must select a consultant before December 31, 2022.
