SUMMARY & BACKGROUND: The proposed increase in spending authority is being requested to cover the costs to provide additional on-site landscape/ground maintenance and lawn care services at various sites Countywide to include: the purchase/delivery and the installation of landscape materials such as gravel, stone, mulch, pine straw, seeds, sod, trees, and flowers for the beautification for the new Airport Administration building at the Fulton County Executive Airport-Charlie Brown Field, Fulton County Animal Service Facility, New Beginnings Senior Center and East Point Library.
