Modify the 2023 Annual Hardware and Software Maintenance and Support list - (PAGE 3)

The BOC approval is requested to modify the Annual Hardware and Software Maintenance List (AML) approved as part of the FY2023 Adopted Budget. The requested changes will be funded within the department’s existing budget and will not result in any budget adjustments.

The Department of Real Estate and Asset Management request an increase in spending authority to AML item #64, approved vendor, Cornerstone Detention Products, Inc., in the amount of $57,660 to bring the total for the year 2023 to $147,660.  The reason for the increase is to provide preventative maintenance of all detention doors and replacing two (2) control station computers with monitors.  No additional funding is required.
