SUMMARY & BACKGROUND: This request is to amend the existing contract The Summit Counseling Center, Inc. in order to provide School Based Mental Health Services to 28 Fulton County Schools.

Scope of Work: The funding will allow Summit Counseling to continue providing school based mental health services, inclusive of a comprehensive approach including trauma informed care and therapy sessions tailored for individuals, families, and groups. This amended amount will allow Summit to increase the number of students from 1,000 to 1,200.
