(Atlanta, GA), to purchase building materials, hardware, tools, paint, electrical and roofing materials, and related items. Effective dates: January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027.

Requirement for Board Action
In accordance with Purchasing Code Section 102-462, requests for approval to utilize cooperative purchasing contracts of more than $100,000.00 shall be forwarded to the Board of Commissioners for approval.

Summary & Background This supply contract is primarily needed to support DREAM’s Building Construction, Maintenance, and Material Management divisions by providing the necessary materials and supplies needed to serve the citizens and staff of Fulton County through the maintenance of County-owned facilities. Additionally, all County agencies are able to utilize this contract to procure the supply items needed to ensure their service delivery obligations are met.
Scope of Work: This OMNIA Partners Cooperative Contract offers supplies including but not limited to: appliances, building materials, hardware, HVAC, kitchen and bath cabinets, janitorial supplies, landscaping equipment and supplies, motors, pumps, paints and coatings, plumbing, pool chemicals and supplies, handheld general-purpose tools, power tools, flooring, window coverings, and other miscellaneous supplies.
