Request approval of a Resolution approving a Right of Access License and Maintenance Agreement between Fulton County, Georgia (Licensor) and the City of Atlanta (Licensee) to grant the City of Atlanta access to, and confirm its maintenance responsibilities for, the pocket park located at 0 Fort Extension Street, Atlanta, Georgia, formally known as Dobbs Plaza; authorizing the Chairman to execute the License and Maintenance Agreement and related documents; authorizing the County Attorney to approve the License and Maintenance Agreement and related documents as to form and to make necessary modifications thereto prior to execution; and for other purposes.

SUMMARY & BACKGROUND
Scope of Work: The Fulton County Department of Real Estate and Asset Management (DREAM) received a request from the City of Atlanta Parks and Recreation Department for legal access to County-owned property at 0 Fort Extension Street Atlanta, Georgia, formally known as Dobbs Plaza. The subject property is presently in use as a pocket park for residents and visitors to the city of Atlanta, and the City requested access to complete ongoing maintenance of the park.
DREAM and the City of Atlanta have negotiated mutually acceptable terms for a Right of Access License and Maintenance Agreement that will formalize the City of Atlanta's permitted access and maintenance responsibilities.
