(Licensee) for Licensee’s use of county-owned property to complete planned roadway, streetscape, and sidewalk improvements; authorizing the Chairman to execute the License Agreements and any related documents; authorizing the County Attorney to approve the License Agreements and any related documents as to form and to make modifications thereto prior to execution; and for other purposes. Scope of Work: The Department of Real Estate and Asset Management (DREAM) received a request from the Atlanta Downtown Improvement District, Inc. (“ADID”) and the City of Atlanta Department of Transportation to obtain access to Fulton County owned properties to complete planned streetscape improvements. Temporary construction access has been requested at:
160 Peachtree Street SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30303 (Tax Parcel 14-007700061118), consisting of 0.991+/- acres, known as the Fulton County Peachtree Parking Lot, and
141 Pryor Street SW, Atlanta, Georgia, 30303 (Tax Parcel 14-007700061068),
consisting of 3.6466 +/- acres, known as the Fulton County Government Center
