Request approval to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Morehouse College, which is a private historically education institution, authorized to do business in the State of Georgia, for the provision of 9-1-1 Emergency Communications Services. The County and the User desire to enter into a new Memorandum of Understanding (the "911 IGA") for the County to provide a public safety answering point within the boundaries of the Morehouse College campus for a term of five (5) months from July 1, 2023, through and including December 31, 2023, with five (5) automatic renewals commencing on January 1 of each successive year.
