(Atlanta, GA) in the amount of $3,750.00; and (B) HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, LTD FKA Home Depot Pro (Jacksonville, FL) in the amount of $3,750.00, to provide HVAC equipment and parts on an "as needed" basis for Fulton County facilities until year end. SUMMARY & BACKGROUND: The Department of Real Estate and Asset Management request approval to increase spending authority to provide HVAC equipment and parts on an "as needed" basis for Fulton County facilities for the remainder of FY2023.
Scope of Work: These contracts provide HVAC manufacturer equipment and replacement parts and supplies on an as-needed basis for the Department of Real Estate and Asset Management Maintenance staff to perform repair and maintenance services to the HVAC systems at all Fulton County facilities.
