Request approval of a Resolution for the construction and development of a new surgery center project, the expansion of the Ponce Center/Infectious Disease Program and the provision of medical services and hospital facilities for the indigent sick in Fulton and DeKalb Counties; authorizing the use of the general funds of Fulton County in an amount sufficient to pay its obligations under the surgery center/Ponce Center expansion contract to be approved by the Board of Commissioners of Fulton County, Georgia prior to the issuance of the series 2019 certificates in an amount not to exceed $70 million, and for other purposes.
