Request approval to renew an existing contract - Emergency Management, Fulton County Animal Services, 23RFP052223C-MH, Animal Services in an amount not to exceed $7,440,000.00 with Lifeline Animal Project, Inc (Avondale Estates, GA) to provide animal control shelter operation services that will include all personnel, supplies, utilities, necessary insurances, and equipment for the unincorporated areas of Fulton County as well as the cities of Alpharetta, Atlanta, Chattahoochee Hills, College Park, East Point, Fairburn, Hapeville, Johns Creek, Milton, Mountain Park, Palmetto, Roswell, Sandy Springs, South Fulton and Union City. This action exercises the first of four renewal options. Three renewal options remain. Effective dates: January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026.

In accordance with Purchasing Code Section 102-394(6), the Purchasing Department shall present all renewal requests to the Board of Commissioners at least 90 days prior to contract renewal date or 60 days if the contract term is six (6) months or less
