Scope of Work: The Finance Department recommends approval of the attached Resolution which includes the County’s 2026 General Fund, Bond Fund, and Special Service District – Fulton Industrial District millage rates. The Fulton County Board of Education is scheduled to adoption their final millage rate on October 22, 2026, therefore a Supplemental Resolution for the school millage rate will be presented to the Board of Commissioners on the November 4, 2026 meeting.
