SUMMARY & BACKGROUND: To provide printing services for the General Election and Runoff Elections.
Scope of Work: This contract will provide various printing services such as printing supply request forms; oath of consolidation; notice of hearings; chain of custody, etc. These forms are essential to the preparation and operation of elections.
Community Impact: Registration and Elections staff are not aware of any community impact.
Department Recommendation: The Department of Registration and Elections recommends approval.
Project Implications: The approval of this statewide contract to provide printing services will ensure the Department follow state election laws.
