Request approval to extend an existing contract - Fulton County Library System, 10RFP04122K-DJ, Program Management Services for the Library Capital Improvement Program (FCLS-CIP) in an amount not to exceed $882,588.07 with CBRE Heery/Russell - a joint venture comprised of CBRE Heery, Inc. and H.J. Russell and Company, Inc. (Atlanta, GA), to provide continued Program Management Services for an additional twelve (12) month period in order to complete project construction and project additions for Phase II library renovation and expansion projects. Effective dates: January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. (APPROVED)
