Request approval to close out a contract - Department of Real Estate and Asset Management, 20ITB126371C-CG Towing and Wrecker Services for County Fleet in the amount not to exceed $8,118.00 with S&W Services of Atlanta Inc. (Atlanta, GA), for final payment for services rendered in January 2024 through March 2024 for towing and wrecker services for Fulton County fleet vehicles. Effective upon BOC approval. In accordance with Purchasing Code Section 102-416(g), the purpose of the closeout process is to verify that both parties to the contract have fulfilled their contractual obligations and that there are no responsibilities remaining. A contract is completed when all goods and services have been received and accepted; all reports have been delivered and accepted; all administrative actions have been accomplished; all county furnished equipment and material has been returned; and final payment has been made to the contractor.

SUMMARY & BACKGROUND: On December 20, 2023, the BOC approved a new contract 23ITB138872C-JNJ, Towing and Wrecker Services for County Fleet, in the total amount of $60,000.00 with CSS Transportation, LLC, to provide towing and wrecker services for County fleet for FY2024. DREAM received the fully executed contract on April 4, 2024.
