Summary & Background: The Computer Museum of America, Inc. was approved as a part of the Department of Arts and Culture’s 2025 Contracts for Services (CFS) recommendations on June 18, 2025 (Agenda Item # 25-0476) as a named recipient of the funding.  However, it was discovered that The Computer Museum of America, Inc. changed its legal name to Mimms Museum of Technology and Art, Inc., effective March 6, 2025, but the correct legal name was not included in the CFS application.

In order to be in compliance with Fulton County policies and contract agreement terms and conditions, the name change has to be approved by the Fulton County Board of Commissioners. There are no changes in terms and conditions of the contract agreement.
