Request approval of the lowest responsible bidder - Department of Public Works, 24ITB1308316A-KM, In-line Analyzer Sensors and Controller System in an amount not to exceed $125,015.00 with CL2 Solutions, LLC., (Valrico, FL), to provide installation and maintenance of inline analyzers for the continuous monitoring of water quality parameters within the county's wastewater collection system and at strategic locations within the wastewater treatment plant. Effective January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025, with no renewal options. (APPROVED)

SUMMARY & BACKGROUND: The Department of Public Works requests approval of lowest responsible bidder to CL2 Solutions, to provide installation and maintenance of In-line analyzers for the continuous monitoring of water quality parameters.
Scope of Work: The In-line analyzers will enhance our capabilities in monitoring and managing the quality of wastewater traveling to the wastewater treatment plants and at locations within the treatment plant to ensure the optimization of the entire wastewater treatment process.
