Request approval to renew existing contracts- Department of Real Estate and Asset Management, Bid#18ITB113489C-BKJ, Standby Plumbing Repair Services in the total amount of $200,000.00 with: (A) Legwork Plumbing Solutions (Atlanta, GA) in the amount of $100,000.00; and (B) Talon Property Services (Atlanta, GA) in the amount of $100,000.00, to provide standby plumbing repair services for Fulton County facilities.
