Scope of Work: The Department of Arts & Culture (FCAC) recommends the approval of Contracts for Services (CFS) program recommendations in the amount of $3,000,000.00 to provide arts and cultural programs and activities for the citizens of Fulton County. As a primary function of FCAC, the CFS program provides essential funding and technical assistance to nonprofit organizations and individual artists whose arts and cultural programs support the agency's overall mission to enhance the quality of life for all Fulton County citizens. The CFS program supports arts and cultural programs and activities that provide opportunities for life-long learning and participation in the arts for the citizens of Fulton County. Fulton County funding serves as a catalyst for leveraging additional private, corporate, foundation and other governmental support which supports the stabilization of strong and diverse arts and cultural ecosystem throughout the County.
