Request approval of a statewide contract - Registration and Elections, SWC# 99999-001-SPD0000136, Temporary Staffing Services - Clerical & Light in the total amount not to exceed $9,508,657.20 with (A) Abacus Corporation (Morrow, GA) in an amount not to exceed $4,200,514.80; and (B) Dover Staffing, Inc. (Smyrna, GA) in an amount not to exceed $5,308,142.40 to provide temporary staffing services for the General Election, November 5, 2024 and the General Run-off Election, December 3, 2024. SUMMARY & BACKGROUND: To provide temporary staffing services for the temporary staffing services for the General Election, November 5, 2024, and the General Run-off Election, December 3, 2024.
Scope of Work: The statewide contract will provide supplemental staffing services to prepare and conduct the above-mentioned scheduled elections. To successfully conduct a county-wide election, the Registration and Elections Department needs to
