Scope of Work: The proposed Gathering Project, a commercial development, requires the installation of a water service line. Fulton County development regulations require that all new water connections acknowledge Fulton County's access rights in the area(s) where a water service line connection is being made before recording the Final Plat. The easement area to be conveyed consists of 810 square feet and is in Land Lots 745 and 746 of the 1st District, 2nd Section of Fulton County, Georgia.
Community Impact: The community will benefit from the extension of the County's water system and the addition of a commercial development.
Department Recommendation: The Department of Real Estate and Asset Management recommends acceptance of the easement dedication.
