Scope of Work: To provide consulting and technical services to alleviate short-term challenges facing the County's Justice Partners.
The Project includes, but is not limited to, improving operational effectiveness utilizing best practices, improving integration and transparency between offices, and utilizing technology and automation to improve overall performance.
* Jail Population Alignment - Provide feedback on key statistics to inform decision making across Justice Partners, research population to provide continuous awareness of environmental factors to drive inmate processing priorities.
* Business Process Analysis and Redesign (Project Apollo) - Improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Fulton County Justice system, reduce dependence on paper processing, improve transparency and accountability, improve handoffs between Justice Partners, drive work through automation.
