Request approval of a Resolution authorizing the granting of a permanent Easement in Fulton County-owned land to the Atlanta Development Authority d/b/a Invest Atlanta by and through its designated special agent Atlanta Beltline, Inc.; authorizing the Chairman of the Fulton County Board of Commissioners to execute the easement agreement and related documents; authorizing the County Attorney to approve the easement agreement and related documents as to form and make modifications as necessary prior to execution. Pursuant to Fulton County Code ? 1-117, which provides that the Board of Commissioners "shall have exclusive jurisdiction and control over . . . directing and controlling all the property of the county ..." and O.C.G.A. ?36-9-2, which provides that the "county governing authority shall have the control of all property belonging to the county and may, by order entered on its minutes, direct the disposal of any real property which may lawfully be disposed of and make and execute good and sufficient title thereof on behalf of the county."
