Request approval of a Resolution conveying six Underground Easement Agreements between Fulton County, Georgia, and the Georgia Power Company for the purpose of completing planned infrastructure equipment improvements along the Fulton Industrial Boulevard roadway and installation of service lines along Sandy Creek Road; authorizing the Chairman to execute the six Underground Easement Agreements and related documents; authorizing the County Attorney to approve the Underground Easement Agreements and related documents as to form and to make necessary modifications thereof prior to execution. Effective upon approval. (APPROVED UPON ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT AGENDA)

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. ? 36-9-2, the Board of Commissioners "shall have the control of all property belonging to the county and may, by order entered on its minutes, direct the disposal of any real property which may lawfully be disposed of and make and execute good and sufficient title thereof on behalf of the county."
