SUMMARY & BACKGROUND
The ESG program assists people to quickly regain stability in permanent housing after experiencing a housing crisis and/or homelessness.

ESG funds may be used for street outreach, emergency shelter, homelessness prevention, rapid re-housing assistance, Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), and administrative activities.

Because of a delay with the approval of the 2020 Action Plan, contract service dates for ESG 2020 Subrecipients require an amendment from December 1, 2020 - December 31, 2021, to May 1, 2021 -April 30, 2022. The original contracts were approved (#20-0779) at the November 4, 202...
