Request approval of a Resolution authorizing a parking space license agreement between Fulton County, Georgia, and Lanier Parking Holding, Inc., d/b/a Lanier Parking Solutions, for the purpose of providing parking for Fulton County Superior Court Administration and related services; authorizing the Chairman to execute the license agreement and related documents; authorizing the County Attorney to approve the license agreement and related documents as to form and to make any modifications thereto prior to execution. The effective date of the Parking Space License Agreement will be retroactive from January 1, 2021, with an ending date of December 31, 2021. The Parking Space License Agreement will automatically renew for up to two (2) consecutive one (1) year renewal terms after the expiration of the initial term. The annual parking rental fee is $55,200.00 based on the monthly rental of $115.00 per parking space per month. (APPROVED UPON ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT AGENDA).
