SUMMARY & BACKGROUND
The ESG program assists people to quickly regain stability in permanent housing after experiencing a housing crisis and/or homelessness.

ESG funds may be used for street outreach, emergency shelter, homelessness prevention, rapid re-housing assistance, Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), and administrative activities.

Action
The City of East Point and Partnership Against Domestic Violence Funds will be moved from the Rapid Rehousing (RR) to Homeless Prevention (HP) activity have requested amendments to their ESG 2020 contract activities. Funds will be moved from the Rapid Rehousing (RR) to Homeless Prevention (HP) activity. The contracts were approved (#20-0779) at the November 4, 2020, BOC meeting.
