Request approval to: (1) amend the existing contract - State Court, RFP #14RFP93286ACJC, EFiling System with Tyler Technologies (Plano, TX), to remove e-filing services for State Court from the scope of the contract and leave all other terms and conditions in effect, (2) authorize the Chairman to execute the amended contract, and (3) authorize the County Attorney to negotiate and approve the amended contract as to form and substance and make any modifications thereof prior to execution by the Chairman, The amended contract shall be effective upon the date of signature by the Chairman.
