Summary & Background Presentation to the BOC for spend-down plan for the remaining Library Bond Projects.

 

Scope of Work: The Fulton County Library System Director, Gayle Holloman, and the Administrator, Bond Construction, Al Collins, will present to the Board of Commissioners, the Spend-down Plan the Library Program Management Team (PMT) will use for the remaining library bond funds to benefit Library projects.

 

Community Impact: The successful and timely completion of library construction impacts communities countywide.

 

Department Recommendation: The Fulton County Library System recommends approval.

 

Project Implications: The cost of the spend-down items will be funded using library bond funds; therefore, it will not impact the County or Library operations.
