Request approval of a Resolution and the Restatement and Second Amendment of the Intergovernmental Agreement between Fulton County, Georgia, and the Fulton County Board of Health for the purpose of authorizing the Chairman to execute and the County Attorney to approve all documents as to form and make any necessary modifications prior to execution. The Second Amended and Restated Intergovernmental Agreement contains the following: Exhibit A: Master Lease Agreement providing quarters to the Fulton County Board of Health; Exhibit B: Vehicle Use Agreement that allows the Fulton County Board of Health to use two mobile units purchased with C.A.R.Es Act Funds; and Exhibit C: the Fulton County Information Technology Department Scope of Work and Transition Plan for the Fulton County Board of Health.
