Request approval of a Resolution and the Restatement and Second Amendment of the Intergovernmental Agreement between Fulton County, Georgia, and the Fulton County Board of Health for the purpose of authorizing the County Attorney to approve and the Chairman (or County Manager, where appropriate) to execute the following: 1) the Second Amended and Restated Intergovernmental Agreement; 2) a Master Lease Agreement providing quarters to the Fulton County Board of Health owned or leased by Fulton County; 3) a Vehicle Use Agreement that allows the Fulton County Board of Health to use two of the County's vehicles purchased with C.A.R.Es Act Funds; and 4) the County's Information Technology Department Scope of Work and Transition Plan for the Fulton County Board of Health.
