The last major compensation review was completed and implemented in 2015. That compensation review did not include elected official and the Courts were not included in the final pay plan that was implemented. Subsequently, the Courts had an independent study conducted by the National Association of State Courts, which resulted in the Courts' classifications being added to the County's pay plan in a separate section in 2018.
