Scope of Work: This project is Phase II of a three-phase program to renovate the currently closed ARFF station in order to allow for ARFF personnel & equipment, and airport administrative offices. Phase I was previously approved by the BOC on 8/21/19 for $182,523 and completed, which included the demolition of the ARFF station interior and reinforcement of the building structure to accommodate the renovations for Phases II and III.
