Request approval of a Resolution approving a new lease agreement between Fulton County (Tenant) and Dawson Logistics Assets LLC (Landlord) for the purpose of providing warehouse storage and office space for the operations of the Fulton County District Attorney at 6215 Fulton Industrial Boulevard, Atlanta; to authorize the Chairman to execute the lease agreement and related documents; to authorize the County Attorney to approve the lease agreement and related documents as to form and substance and to make any modifications thereto necessary to protect the interests of Fulton County prior to execution; and for other purposes.
