Due to the volume of work anticipated as a result of the Urban Redevelopment Bond Program and other Capital Projects, these professional firms will provide some, all or any combination of the various and diverse technical expertise they possess to the capital improvement projects.

The task order projects are dependent on the availability of resources provided as part of DREAM Pay as You Go capital program, FCURA bond, and end-user/departmental operating/capital funding as identified” adopted for FY2022.

Historical Expenditures:

FY2021:  The County expenditures as of 8/23/2021, $0.00 ($136,717.00 has been

Project Implications: The Department does not have staff that can fulfill this need and with the anticipated Bond Program projects, we can utilize these contracts as subject matter experts to ensure that companies bidding of Bond work projects are providing cost effective services

Community Issues/Concerns: There are no Community Issues/Concerns identified at this time.
