SUMMARY & BACKGROUND
ESG grant funds are used for street outreach, emergency shelter, homelessness prevention, rapid rehousing assistance, Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), and Fulton County administrative activities.

The original contract award of $33,286 was approved at the November 4, 2020 (#20-0779) Board of Commissioners meeting.

The additional grant funding of $21,714 was made available as a result of the voluntary termination of the Partnership Against Domestic Violence and Travelers Aid of Metropolitan Atlanta's ESG 20 contracts and the Department seeks to repurpose these available funds to serve the same purpose.

Scope of Work: Amend the ESG 20 contract award and the contract's term. The amendment will provide the vendor with additional funds and extended time to provide homeless services to Fulton County constituents.
