Scope of Work:  Request approval of the attached resolution to authorize amendment of the Project List originally adopted June 2, 2021.  The FCURA bond of $55 million is expected to be issued prior to December 31, 2021 that will provide funding for the three previously approved projects for the Animal Shelter, a Public Safety building, and new climate control air handling units in the Justice Center Tower and Carnes Building.  This amended resolution affirms the projects are in approved urban redevelopment plans, and allows executive management authorization to take all actions to effect the purpose of the above project resolution.
